Customer
Technical Support(CTS)
DEPARTMENT: Technology-Network Operations

FUNCTION: Customer technical support
Work Location: Cairo or Giza - 6_Oct
Job purpose:
- To support Customer Care round the clock and
resolve any arising customers problem and/or
report it to
relevant
parties.
-
To implement
required testing with the agreed time frames.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling individual customer complaints
either by solving or escalating to technical concerned Parties based
on the complaint category.
-Testing activities
to ensure service availability with other operators (Roaming tests)
and report test results to concerned
parties (Roaming partners & Roaming
Team).
-
Report & follow
up Roaming
problems & report
the status/progress to all concerned parties (Customer
Care, Roaming Team, O&M,
etc…. )
- Focal point between Customer
Care and Network Operations.
- Handling global incidents,
doing the primary troubleshooting, escalating
to the right technical party and sending SMS
notifications and update.
- Handling inbound and outbound roaming
complaints as per the operational level agreement with
the company operators and strategic partners.

Ensuring
that end
to end internal Service Level Agreements with other
internal departments are met.

Weekly & Monthly
reporting on Service Level.

Support 3rd Party connectivity
Partners (Short Messaging Services)
by testing & handling
problems.
Nature of Work Work in shift basis 24x7
External Customers
- Customer Care Department
- Other network operators in Egypt and Worldwide.
Internal
Customers: All teams in
Technology
Technical
/ Professional Expertise
Education:
University degree.
Work Experience:
Fresh graduates up to 2 years experience.
PC Knowledge:
Microsoft office and Internet browsing.
Personal skills:
-Can work under pressure, active, hard worker.
-Very good communication skills.
-Ability to work in teams.
Language Skills:
Fluent English Written and spoken
